The Oread Hotel was a six month project that was recently completed.  The project had approximately 40000 square feet of polished floors with a saddle brown color throughout.

This customer was looking for a durable floor that would give guests a warm and inviting feel.  They to were looking down the road at low maintenance.

Not only is the hotel a stunning site sitting off the north side of the University of Kansas, but it is equally as functional and low maintenance with floors that will endure the test of time.
