This project is a one in which the school is slowly eliminating carpet due to some allergies, moisture problems around the foundation, and to save on maintenance down the road. We worked with the school to find a floor that was low maintenance, durable, and within their budget. There will be an two coat floor consisting of a clear epoxy basecoat with a urethane topcoat.
