The scope of work was to provide a hiperfloor polish floor with color. The project includes about 15,000 square feet of hiperfloor polished floors.

We worked with the school to find a floor that was low maintenance, durable, and within their budget. There will be an two coat floor consisting of a clear epoxy basecoat with a urethane topcoat. We have added the school logo in the hall for some flair.

This customer was looking for a durable floor that would give guests a warm and inviting feel.  They to were looking down the road at low maintenance.

Not only is the hotel a stunning site sitting off the north side of the University of Kansas, but it is equally as functional and low maintenance with floors that will endure the test of time.
